🖍️ Products:
- How do I access my digital downloads? You will receive two emails. A confirmation one and another one with the link. You must click the link and download the coloring pages.
- What is the difference between both physical products? At the moment we have two options when purchasing the book: Bombón’s bundle and just the coloring book. Bombón’s bundle includes: coloring book + sticker + enamel pin and the other one is just the coloring book. We decided to launch our products this way because the shipping cost for the pin/sticker was the same as when getting the coloring book so this way if anyone wants to get these three items, it’ll be cheaper. Don’t worry though, as soon as we figure out how to fix this you will be able to purchase the pin or sticker individually if we still have some left.
- What if I want to get two coloring books and just one pin/sticker? Get one bundle and add one coloring book :)
- How do my purchases help support dog shelters in Mexico? I’m so glad you ask this question. Since my Bombón passed away I felt the need to help stray dogs and local animal shelters even more than before. Actually, according to data from the State of Pet Homelessness Project between 2022 and 2023, a staggering 18.8 million dogs call the streets of Mexico their home. So I decided to help out and donate 10% of every single product sold in the name of Bombón. In Mexico shelters are not supported by the government but by local volunteers that always pitch in when donations aren’t enough to make ends meet. Every single digital download, coloring book or accessory you might get here contributes to this beautiful cause. The money donated is used to buy food, medicine and services for lots of beautiful doggies and animal shelters all over Mexico.
📦 Shipping:
- Which countries do you ship to? We currently ship to USA, UK, Canada and Mexico. As we get more experience and demand we will ship to other countries as well.
- How are shipping prices calculated? At the moment we have a shipping rate from $8.00-$10.00 USD for the U.S. and about $18.00-$19.50 USD for international shipping. Keep in mind we are a small business based in Mexico so believe us when we say these are the best shipping prices we can offer at the moment.
- How can I place an order to Mexico? If you want to get a book and you address is in Mexico please contact us on instagram and we will guide you through the whole process. We do this to lower shipping costs :)
- Como puedo comprar estos productos en México? Escríbenos a bombonsssss por instagram y con gusto te ayudaremos a completar tu orden.

- How is international shipping calculated? Shipping costs are determined by the weight of the order and the shipping destination. Right now we have a shipping rate from $18.00 USD-$19.50 USD. Keep in mind we are a small business based in Mexico so believe us when we say these are the best shipping prices we can offer at the moment.

- There’s an issue with my order, what can I do? Please contact us as soon as possible (bombonscoloring@gmail.com) so we can solve the issue together. If you are having issues with any digital download be sure to check your spam folder before reaching out. Either way don’t worry we will find a solution together
