Shop Policies
💻 Processing Time:
- After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that your order has been received and processed successfully. The processing time for each order may vary from 3 to 12 business days. This means we have up to 12 business days to process, pack, and ship your order to its destination. Once we hand over your order to the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, or DHL), they will be responsible for delivering your package.
- Please note that during peak seasons such as the holidays or restock days, the processing time for your order may be longer than usual. During these times, we appreciate your patience and preference! We will work hard to ensure your order is processed as quickly as possible but keep in mind that as of right know Bombón's is a single-woman owned business.
💌 Shipping Policies:
- The customer is responsible for providing a correct shipping address.
- If it is necessary to make any address changes, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you and make the change. Please be aware that if you contact us after the package has been shipped, it will be out of our hands to assist you. Bombon's is not responsible for sending a package to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- If the shipping carrier returns the package due to an incorrect address provided by you, please send us a message at bombonscoloring@gmail.com. The customer will be responsible for any reshipment fees.
-Bombon's is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during shipping. If you think your package may be lost in transit please contact USPS/DHL/UPS as soon as possible and file a claim with your tracking number so they can assist you in locating the package. If the status of your order says it has been delivered by the carrier there really is nothing else Bombon's can do or is responsible for.
🌎 International Shipping Policies:
Customs Duties and Taxes
-Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are fully the customer's responsability. Bombon's is not responsible in any way for any additional charges that may arise during the customs clearance process.
-Please note that customs policies are different in every country and it is your responsability as a international customer to be familiar with your country's customs regulations. If any package is returned back to us for any reason, you'll be refunded your order value minus the international shipping cost of course. By placing an international order, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to these terms concerning any extra charges that may arise prior to delivery.

-Unless you received the wrong item WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS. We recommend checking all product's description before purchasing. ALL SALES ARE FINAL (for both, physical and digital products).

-We collect the information you provide solely to process your orders. We respect your privacy and appreciate your trust. All transactions are via third party payment processors using the latest encryption and security technologies.
